Granted, a few weeks had passed so I guess Windows needed some updates to drivers or whatever. Turns out ironically that after I posted the bad review below, the card reader started functioning as I'd originally expected. UPDATE: My first bad product review was posted below as this was the first problem I'd ever had with a product I purchased on Amazon. Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2018 Vendor was Very Involved and Willing to Correct Any Problems But I couldn’t be more happier with this card reader and it also makes it easier to show my clients on my cell phone or my tablet the images that I produced. This is a lot different than a regular JPEG if you do not know this. And now mind you I am downloading raw images files. I am downloading it to my cell phone takes less than two seconds per image and it is the quickest way I have found to download the larger images.
